Imminent Attack on American Soil?

Our government has being playing up the possibility of another terrorist attack on American soil lately. This news comes just in time, the 9/11 fires under Americans bellies are giving out. We are loosing our motivation for war. Even Republican senators are starting to call for a troop withdrawal. What we need is a new, new pearl harbor to remind people why we are in Afghanistan and Iraq right? Actually I guess it would be more accurate to say we need a new 9/11. The people at PNAC are probably way ahead of me on this. Actually, the PNAC people (or Project for a New American Century), have always been ahead of the curve.



In 2000 PNAC gave a report entitled “Rebuilding America’s Defenses”. In that report, a section entitled “Creating Tomorrows Dominant Force” predicted that in order to increase American Military Global Presence, “the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event––like a new Pearl Harbor”. They were so right. Soon after was had 9/11/2001, the Pearl Harbor of the 21st Century. That was definitely enough to ignite rage in the American people. We begged like a masochist for a “Dominant Force”. I’m not sure who was keeping their fingers crossed over at PNAC, but it sure worked. The fabulous people at PNAC got what they needed.

If its alarming to anyone that a group of people are planning Americas Future behind closed doors, be not afraid. The people who make up PNAC are comprissed of Americas Finest. Starting out is a character named Elliot Abrams. He was pardononed by George Bush Senior for witholding evidence on the Iran Contra Affair. George Senior didnt just give those away to anyone so I know that says allot about his character. Speaking of Bush looks like Cheney is a member. I guess he fits into equation. Lets see we also have Richard Armitage, Lewis Libby, Donald Rumsfield, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Pearle and Zalmay Khalizad to name a few. If only they knew that just moths later they would all be involved in the New Pearl Harbor they were asking for. Call it a syncronisity, call it the law of attraction, anyway you call it, PNAC needed 9/11. 0

If some of these people were involved with national security then I’m almost certain that some of them were aware of the danger looming before 9/11. I know that Ari Fleischer told the press that Georgy Jr. did not receive any intelligence that suggested that planes could be used in a terrorist attack, but we know he did. The FBI had information that Bin laden had the capability to hijack a plane since 1995, as reported by the Chicago Sun Times. It has since been proven that we had foreknowledge of an attack. It’s been proven that High Ranking officials were warned not to fly on 9/11. You may ask yourself what all of that has to do with our new 9/11, well it’s simple. If so many high ranking officials and people of importance were pre warned of 9/11/2001, will our intelligence agency pre-warn us now, or just the elite? Did PNAC or some other related organization produce a report recently that called for a new 9/11? It seemed they were on the mark last time, id be interested in knowing what they are saying now.

In the news lately we have seen article after article regarding the governments warning of a possible terrorist attack (coming soon to a town near you). Have they decided that intelligence should benefit the people? I hope so, because I’m sure they don’t have my number on speed dial. Michael Chertoff just told the Chicago Tribune of his “gut feeling” that there will be an attack this summer. He also warned that the intelligence out right now mirrors that which was seen the summer before 9/11. If Chertoff, our Homeland Security Secretary, has a gut feeling on this, I believe him. He is probably immersed in information that suggests where the next attack is going to be. He could probably even pinpoint a few locations and means ( and perpetrators).

The NIA has recently put out a two page report which states that the threat of terrorist action against the U.S. has risen exponentially since 9/11 and is fueled by our presence in Iraq. Talk about a paradoxical situation. The government wants to squash terrorists, goes to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight them, yet our presence in both countries spawns more terrorism.

I think it’s clear that someone is planning something soon. It’s not clear where or how the NIA or CIA collect their intelligence, but they seem pretty confident that we, the American people, will be scared into support soon. I’m sure with the democrats holding an all-nighter, and republicans jumping off the bandwagon, there are organizations like PNAC who just can’t wait. Major corporations and organizations are counting on it. They need our support, and it seems they’ll take it any way they can get it.

All of this information is very alarming. Especially after spending countless hours investigating the events of 9/11. I will blog on that soon. There are too many facts out there that go beyond “suggesting” that our government perpetrated an attack against the very people it is supposed to be in service to. Coming from this side of the fence it worries me that the same people who tried earnestly to cover up information about 9/11 are warning us of another attack. It’s almost as though they will try and cover their tracks a little better this time by giving general warnings. It wont look as suspicious. If they decide not to carry out an attack, the people will at least in fear of an attack. Fear based motivation is very powerful.

What I urge anyone who reads this is to keep your eyes open and your cameras ready. Do not jump to conclusions. Question the answers. Look at the past, to help better see the future.
